Airy Blue

Airy Blue is a blog-style theme originally created for Open Source Catholic. The theme uses some CSS3 features like rounded borders and text shadows, and includes styling for most of Drupal's default markup. It has a 'light' and 'airy' feel to it, and matches well with Drupal's default shades of blue.

Theme Features

  • Light and easy on the eyes
  • Tested in IE 6-10, FF, Safari, Chrome
  • Up to three columns w/ 200 pixel sidebars
  • Styling for comments, user pictures, signatures, node forms, etc.

Drupal 6

Before you enable this theme in admin/build/themes, you need to make sure the Zen theme (6.x-2.x) is installed (it need not be enabled, but must be present in your themes folder - either sites/all/themes or sites/example.com/themes).

If you'd like to use the Airy Blue maintenance page, please follow the directions inside the included README.txt file; it isn't used unless you tell Drupal you want to use it.

Drupal 7

The theme has been completely rewritten for Drupal 7, and has been highly optimized and updated to incorporate different Drupal 7 markup. There are no dependencies, as this theme is now a first-class theme (not a subtheme).

The Drupal 7 version includes a local-style.css file, inside which you can put theme CSS customizations and overrides. If you use this file, be sure to keep a backup of the file when you upgrade Airy Blue!
