Issue #2422993 by markcarver, ron_s, masterperoo: Allow contextual filter arguments to be used in view title

Issue #1996932: Unable to save node with menu view.  "A view name is required before this node can be saved."

Note this only adds the class to the wrapping div for superfish menu views, not the <li> parent.

Also removed extraneous commented code.

This also fixes menu items not getting saved on new nodes.

Careful, nothing really tested yet. Just restructuring!
