Added initial support for i18n_menu; returned hook_menu_editor_overview_table_alter; removed unnecessary codes

is more sensitive than I thought, and complains about
non-existent array elements.

javascript freeze when entering a link that starts with /

to avoid an horribly long list.

benefits:
- memory (server side)
- smaller html (network, client side)

users with "administer menu" should be able to edit all menus.

I leave the other textfields as they are.

- js to resize the description field, and keep it small when not needed.
- add some css to make the best of the available width.
- abbreviate some of the labels.

url query string is removed from the path.
(same for hash fragment)

Replace
module_invoke_all('menu_editor_placeholders')
with
menu_editor_get_placeholders()

Replace a few tabs with spaces.
