#792020 #792036 Added form for configuring individual megamenus: can select choose menu orientation, slot orientation, and skin; Skin selection consists of choosing between default supplied skins, or a text field to type in a custom skin name; Filled out helper functions (get menu_orientation, etc.) to query the database instead of returning static values.

Fixed menu items not showing up--enabled_menus() function so that it returned the values of the db result array, which in turn lined up with the block delta.

Megamenu blocks can be enabled in the administration interface: Expanded the introductory admin interface (builds a list of checkboxes corresponding to each system menu, checks each menu to see if an entry in the megamenu table exists and if not adds one, submit function stores the enabled state in the megamenu table), cleaned up some left over theme cruft, stubbed out functions to get orientation and attributes.

Created initial megamenu schema: menu_name (corresponds to a Drupal menu), enabled, skin, slot_orientaiton, slot_attributes.
