Implementation of feature request #13573, ability to opt into mails.  Implemented through form element added to user registration and edit form.

Fixed some minor errors, introduced theme_mail_message() function to load full HTML for page (so links and images sent out should work).

Fixed issue #25048, improper naming of field 'format' conflicted with core use.  Made mail form elements automatic for mail content type.  Added strip tags to remove tags from plain text mails.

Merging in changes from 4.6.  These extensive enhancements, contributed by drupal.org user Dublin Drupaler, enable sending of attachments as well as setting of mail sending options (plain vs. HTML, etc.).  Introduces use of activeMailLib.php library.

Change the module to use hook_exit when sending emails, to prevent long address lists from blocking page loading.

I will update all occurences of 'README' to 'README.txt' in the conrtib CVS,
soon. I'll also rename LICENSE, CHANGELOG etc. files as soon as I get around
to it.

on the second line in all *.module files, now.
