Simpletest improvements related to ldap authorization and ldap authorization og.  ldap authorization og tests not passing yet, but wanted to get the current work committed

added ldap authentication UI test and made all the simpletests runnable without ldap server module enabled.

Coder Review fixes, removal of unused code and depracted test frameworks, progress on ldap_authorization tests, and general code cleanup and documentation

moved ldap_user and ldap_authentication simpletests to new test model.  Ldap authentication test has 1 fail -- User able to authenticate because of excludeIfNoAuthorizations setting -- which needs to be dealt with after ldap_authorization is in new test framework

trigger, event, synch action reworked to avoid ambiguity, clean up user interface, and separate ldap_user events from generic ldap contexts.  All simpltests working, but not tested beyond simpletests.  Ldap user configuration will need to be updated before using.  Some of this commit had to do with simplest fake server adjustments.

getting simpletests working outside of ldap_user and fixing bugs related to ldap_* modules and ldap_user.  All simpletests now work except: ldap_user UI tests and ldap_authorization (which needs simpletest adjustments to deal with ldap_user configuration and loading)

mix of simpletest fixes, correction in user_* hooks to avoid recursion by adding $category parameters, and some other stuff.  Wasn't keeping track to well so see diff

getting test coverage working again.  ldap_authentication, ldap_servers working.  ldap user tests almost done.  Added switch for both versions of testing model/classes

committing progress on ldap_user synch interface and simpletests.  LDAP 7.x-2.x still not functional yet.
