Added per stream configuration of timespan for merges

- Added a new feature so administrators can set streams on profile pages. Select which stream you want to expose to the drupal user profile pages and that's that.
Lots of refactoring has been done but it was planned. We now can configure EVERYTHING and override everything we want.
- Fixed a bug at saving the configuration settings of a stream. The bug was in fetching the maximum number of messages to load. Saving did it, but the admin overview took a hardcoded default value.

Ran heartbeat through coder to make it notice free and follow every strict drupal convention. Succeeded.

Found and fixed a fix runtime notices
Refactored the javascript to poll newer messages. It very often gave an error as it did not find the most recent activity item.
