Fixed various bug while working on a project. What is changed? the automatic polling, og heartbeat module is added, and many more.

Fixed the ctools stream configuration object settings variable. Then deny singleactiivty is a fact. SingleHeartbeat is renamed to singleactivity.

Added full ctools integration.
Note that this dev breaks the display completely. We can't join over the heartbeat_messages table anymore so i need to reinvent heartbeat displaying and querying

cleaned up .info files for files that don't contain interfaces nor classes.
commented the includes

Changed autoloading of object to be more performant. Other modules classes were attempted to load by heartbeat_include which incremented the load too much.
Added a hook to rebuild or retheme messages

bugfixes will continue this week.

Added a default message and default rule in case image module exists. I added a token of course to substitute that part in the messages.

fixed bug http://drupal.org/node/349856 with renaming all stuff and adding a fixing hook_update_6300 to fix it for all users. Please run update.php

Added patch from zuuperman to add perms to messages in general( public, private, full site)
Added tag tables but not in use yet
