Fix problem noted in #182096: Markers in view not set up properly. Ended up being a thinko in the last commit.

Additionally, commit some local changes that make gmap views honor node type specific markers properly.

Allow for tabbed infowindows.

Check $view->gmap_macro with  isset to avoid an E_ALL warning.

Add behavior flag to make gmap_views set the initial center of the map to the first valid marker's location.
Patch tested by jasontanner.

Also, I made gmap_views much faster by not node_load()ing. Instead, it requires that location_views's latitude and longitude is enabled for the view.
