Fix #943372 -- issues in gmap_macro_builder reported by chrissearle:

 * hook_perm -> hook_permission
 * Update the .install for D7 -- return a message for the user instead of updating permissions, because this will be rarely run and it's a simple procedure for the user to
fix themselves.
 * Remove BEFORE and AFTER form elements that I stuck in for debugging.
