This is a fix from a but caused at commit 1b4c9789 trying to fix
a warning alert.

This warning was visible at admin/settings/freelinking when the prepopulate plugin was activated.

* Undefined index alert corrected. Using isset() now.
* Added check to verify that we can run all assertions in the tests.
* Moved plugin wikinews up in the list of plugins so it does not get overlapped by wikisource.
  * Wikinews links were being rendered as wikisource links. Changing the order in which the plugins are
    added to the plugin array fixed it. But it may be better to investigate if the regular expression for
    wikisource is getting in conflict with the one at wikinews.

Base filepath for image and file plugins at settings form was not being saved in the right variable.

Now form field name matches variable used for default value.

Changed conditions evaluating undefined indexes by evaluations using isset() at the freelinking settings page.

This corrects a lot of warning alerts.

Added functional tests for plugins Drupalproject, Drupalorgnid, One inch frame, Nodetitle and Search plugins.
