completion scripts should not have a script header · 48cb249d

in my Debian install here, there are 46 completion files in
/etc/bash_completion.d, and only two have such a header, so this is
clearly not necessary, and probably a mistake because those files are
not really executables, but more like libraries.

To install copy drush.complete.sh to /etc/bash_completion.d/ or source from your .bashrc - installer/notes coming later.
