Ignore the directories that the rebuild script wipes out and rebuilds, since those will never be committed to the install profile

Conflicts: learn.make
-
Bryan Hirsch authored
Update learn.install. Include links to documentation from original drafts of drupal ladder as content on documentation page. This is temporary until we have a better way of managing documentation like this.
-

Update learn.info. Do not install services or uuid_services by default. Revisit this if a services-based content distribution feature is ready for release.
-
Bryan Hirsch authored
Update learn.make. Add patches to uuid and services. UUID patch for 7.x-1.0-alpha3 prevents error PHP undefined variable message on install. Document services patch downloads and includes required spyc.php file.

Update learn.info and learn.install. Use node_export to ship content in Features with install profile. But include Feeds, Services and Job Scheduler for users to implement their own more sophistocated implementations of content import/export.
