Merged in latest changes and updates. Now uses the new 6.x-1.x branch of the Mobile Application Starter Kit on github.

Added a drupalgap_users views_datasource JSON page for basic user data retrieval. Added an order by 'weight' on the taxonomy get vocabularies resource.

Added 'drupalgap taxonomy get vocabularies' and 'drupalgap taxonomy get terms' service resources and added them to the default service endpoint.

Updated the default service endpoint. Added a custom user permissions resource. Replaced the call to 'user roles and permissions' in the custom system connect resource call. Added the drupalgap_vocabularies default view.

Removed the uid argument from the user roles and permissions resource. It now just uses the current user.

Made the debug message on the System Connect test reveal more information if it encounters a problem. Updated the default DrupalGap Service Endpoint export.

Added bundled service resources for user login, logout, and registration. Updated the default services resource endpoint.

Merged 7.x branch into 6.x branch. Added DB placeholders in drupalgap resource callbacks. Added default sort to drupalgap_comments view.

Placed javascript add calls to page call back function, instead of in hook_init(). Implemented hook_default_services_endpoint(). Built proper string with placeholders before sending to translator on DrupalGap setup page. Rebuilt default drupalgap views for content and comments. Removed drupalgap.install file since installation is covered by views and services hook defaults.

Fixed JS coding standard problem. Adjusted usage of calls to t() so translations are not broken up. Removed JS add from hook_init and added it to page callback. Adjusted views API level to 3. Removed default services endpoint from hook_install and added it to hook_default_services_endpoint(). Used db placeholders in proper spots.

Added more instructions to the README and split out the system connect status message into two shorter lines of code.
