fixed the chatbox block, now works with latest cvs.

removed Block from view if user does not have View Chatbox permission. It used to show an unfriendly 'denied access' message ... Hope Steven doesn't mind.

- Update: there's now a link to open the chatbox even when it is supposed to open
          by itself, for people who have some sort of anti-popup feature enabled.

- Accidentally undid some modifications (working from multiples PCs is confusing :). The chatbox should now work again on sites with non-alphanumeric characters in their name.

- Bugfix: fixed some un-localed-strings
- Bugfix: picked the wrong variable in the log-clearing code
- Update: added a "monitor activity" option to help people who have the
          chatbox on the background.
- Update: tweaked the editbox sizes a bit

Apparently there are a lot of restrictions on the allowed chars in popupwindow names... "Drop.org" is not allowed because of the dot :) Fixed this.

Partial rewrite of chatbox.module... it uses a framed pop-up window to make chatting a lot, lot easier.

- Bugfix: logs are cleared only once every specified interval

- fixed parse error

- Updated the contributions directory to reflect the recent changes:
  please double-check my changes if you are a module or theme owner!

- Update: all text is now filtered for HTML tags and such

- Update: moved chatbox logs outside the admin section (update your roles)

- Bugfix: last person leaving would only 'leave' when someone else came back
- Update: made the join/part messages translatable
