#219566 Make sure allowed values fieldset is expanded when using optionwidgets with text or number, and fix broken handling of additional description of how to fill it out.

#235247, #235224, #224614, fix validation problems with optionwidgets, nodereference, and userreference. This fix gets the forms working correctly and options are saved as they should be. The default value selector in field settings is still broken with this fix, but the node forms now work correctly.

Not all fields that use optionwidgets have an allowed values element in the form (like nodereference and userreference), so take that into account.

#210357 fix default values, can't make assumptions about the delta values when some widgets do their own default value handling.

Move the optionwidgets explanation of what to do with allowed values to the allowed values fieldset using form_alter, instead of displaying it at the top of the page. This is more usable and also gets around a problem in the new menu system where the description was popping up on validation pages and in other unintended places.

#205997 Fix handling of multiple values in optionwidgets, nodereference, and userreference. Need to have content module *not* set the delta when the widget is handling multiple values so we can transpose arrays for multiple values without interference.

More work on optionwidgets. Get field info into $form_state so it can be used by the validator which will not have access to $form['#field_info']. Using form_state['storage'] for that value causes hook_form_alter() to get invoked twice for some odd reason, which completely garbles the results. Need to investigate why, but for now we'll store that data in a different place.

Change the method of adding validation to optionwidgets. Setting it in hook_element allows it to be overridden by any other module that adds validation to the element. Instead we'll set it in #process by adding it to the end of the validation array so it always gets called.

Found one of the problems in optionwidgets, was trying store info in $form_state without making it a reference.

#192892 Fix method of selecting field info, this was a leftover from a previous method of getting FAPI working. Thanks to alanburke for identifying this.

Make sure content_storage() has all $columns attributes, not just the names. Rework userreference and nodereference so they can become reusable elements. More updating of documentation.

There's no good way to get the $field info to #value_callback, so rework optionwidgets to use #process instead.

Had to switch to a different method of identifying the field name. Using #parents wouldn't work in the the default value form, so now setting #field_name as an explicit $element value.

Make sure schema gets refreshed when field types change! More changes to remove use of #field in elements and replace it with new #field_info value in $form; Move install, uninstall, enable, and disable hooks all into .install file; Start developer upgrade documentation.

Add content_notify() function modules can use to let content module take action when they are uninstalled or disabled. Change all field columns to 'not null' = FALSE so we can search for empty values consistently across field types.

+ adds format picker for 'processed text' with 'textfield' widget
+ fixes text update path (er, can't remember what the bug was...)

Add includes for missing functions, re-arrange handling of form elements so content module adds them rather than field modules.

#157176 First round of FAPIzing the widgets. Widget invoke hook_elements() and use FAPI #process, #value_callback, etc. Widgets now only produce a single element and content module handles multiple values. Widget elements are designed to be agnostic about where they are placed. The content module places them on nodes, but it should be possible to write custom code to place them elsewhere by creating a $field array that will tell the widget what parameters to use. See the referenced issue for more details.

Fixes so optionwidgets and select handling works in all modules, plus some more fixes for undefined indexes and variables.
