Copied help function from other module for help in how it worked and forgot to remove it. Removed now.

Module did not have an uninstall, so the variables still stayed in the database. Added .install file with uninstall.

#278220 by sigsby: The variable used to store the url for past campaigns is lowercased (campaignmonitor_pastcampaignurl) while the call to variable_get() has it camel-cased (campaignmonitor_PastCampaignURL).

Updated README.txt to have instructions on making sure you check permissions as that may be overlooked.

Fixed a bug where the checkboxes for showing a join checkbox on contact form and/or registration page actually didn't work. They were always on, and couldn't be turned off.

I also updated it to default to not having those turned on.

Also fixed following issues:

#269904 helped by zorroposada: Stopped error when subscribing by making a default value for whether to show errors or not.

Fixed error with function call being incorrect.
Also removed some uneccessary testing watchdog calls.

Update module to work just as well without the profile module installed as with. Check if it is installed and act accordingly.
Also removed some unneccessary comments.
