Preparing for 8.x-1.x-beta2 release.

- Download profiles from Brightcove.
- Fix video add with custom fields.
- Ensure semaphore release for brightcove callback.
- Handle video deletion if there it is no longer exists on Brightcove.
- Handle API Client's content when deleted.
