Fixed bug 6386. Index.php was not being stripped off stored URL's. Patch applied per Goba's request.

the context idea does not seem to find much support, there was
a need for a custom solution. People could either pass the $title
directly to the bookmarks link function, if a custom link is used
and the code is in the themename_header() function. Otherwise
bookmarks_title() needs to be called, so the title will be remembered. Bookmarks work again with latest CVS (themes supporting bookmarks need to be changed, but there is no core/contrib theme supporting bookmarks).

- Theme system updates: theme() function return their data now.

- table(...) -> theme("table", ...")

so we cannot use these kind of URLs to pass bookmarks.
Therefore normal GET parameters will be used here. Apache 2
introduces a setting to disable the decoding, but it is
not justifiable, to require Apache 2 to run bookmarks.module:
