Fix the bugs introduced in last version.  As defined in #769340 (tab fails to work on name types containing underscores) and #769420 (tab shows reguardless of enabled status).

New feature, adds "Add another" tab to selected node types (thanks to edde42's #680054 for the idea).

Also unified branding to always be "Add another" and not "AddAnother" or "Add Another".

  Patch to improve permissions
  1) Adds an "administer add another" permission to allow finer adjustment of permissions.
  2) Changes "enable add another" permission to "use add another" to prevent confusion of terms.
  3) Many code style corrections.

  Undesired functionality when both Add Another and Submit Again are enabled at once and "Save and create another" is pressed

  Add Another message displays before node created message

  Simplify admin settings form

  node/add URL not working.
Additionally some coding standards improvements.
