1. added "batch" query term (possible values 1,2,3...) for sequential download of large data. Settings menue added for batch size.
2. added Query Cap to limit the max number of nodes to load globally
3. set status=1 in SQL query to select only published nodes. Empty nodes in return disappeared.
4. implemented a hard cap on number of hits and make it settable in settings
8. added logic in installation: if modules implementing hook services_resources (contentAPI)
is installed this module cannot be installed. This is to avoid hook clashes.
